Since 2014, as owner/Director John has led Berkeley Shaw Real Estate with a commitment to excellence that has established the firm as the Liverpool City Region's premier independent block management specialist.

He is responsible for the strategic leadership of the business and supports his Heads of Department, ensuring they maintain high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance throughout their day to day work. He is a Chartered Surveyor and has a particular passion and focus on the personal and professional development of his team and is involved in the onboarding of all new clients.
